Burrowing Owl Meritage 2006

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCoffee, mocha, peppery, spicy, clove, vanilla, tobacco leaf, black olive, saddle leather and savoury aromas. Dry, tight, elegant palate but somewhat lean with dry tannins. Smoky, coffee, mocha, vanilla, cedar, tobacco leaf, riparian, sappy cassis, herbal, savoury flavours. Very dry, warm finish with somewhat hard, black tea tannins.
