Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom estate vineyards in the southern Okanagan, this vintage blends 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 1% Malbec, all vinified and fermented separately, and then barrel aged 14 months before the final blend. This wine has benefitted from the additional time in bottle, now revealing a plush, integrated fuller red with dark plum, cassis, raspberry jam, cushioned with plump, subtly spiced tannins.
