Burrowing Owl Meritage 2008

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCoffee, chocolate, barnyard, saddle leather, smoky, cassis, peppery, floral, blackberry and vanilla pudding aromas. Ripe, round, smooth palate with light tannins and a touch of warmth. Smoky, spicy, peppery, tobacco leaf, coffee, vanilla, herbal, black olive, resin, prune and cassis flavours. Finish is very warm with cedar, espresso, vanilla, black tea and tobacco flavours. A very solid effort despite the obvious heat.Tasted: 23 October 2011Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
