Burrowing Owl Meritage 2004

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaHerbal, green olive, carrot top, resiny, spicy, cranberry, vanilla aromas. Dry, round, elegant palate with some light, dry tannins. Cedar, cranberry, smoky, resiny, vanilla, tobacco, cassis flavours. Hot, somewhat green smoky finish. Lacks ripe fruit overall and to much overt oak for the style. Disappointing.Tasted: 05 January 2007Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
