Fort Berens Meritage 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2011 Meritage is a bit too cool and green for this taster. The mix is 47 merlot, 34 cabernet sauvignon and 19 cabernet franc but the result while fresh and restrained in the Fort Berens style is a bit too dry and resiny with tomato leaf and cool underripe flavours.
