Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon 2007
Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAnother year another cabernet with peppery, leafy resiny notes on the nose. The entry is tight with dry, soupy, leafy, fruit and some acidity poking through the rear. Ordinary for the price and nowhere at the level of the fabulous cabernet franc.
