Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon 2000

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen meaty gamy spicy nose with smoke and green olives in the finish. Elegant on the palate with plenty of flavour and extract but it's not particularly ripe and finish at least for the moment is dry and tannic.
