Burrowing Owl Cabernet Sauvignon 2005

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCassis, weedy, carrot, spicy, resin aromas with rooty, black olive, barnyard, game notes. Round, dry, slightly lean palate with light, grainy tannins. Lots of smoky, espresso oak, vanilla, cassis, tobacco leaf, dill and roasted tomato leaf flavours. A warm somewhat herbaceous style of cabernet with a big dose of oak.
