Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAlways a solid pink, Tantalus' 2018 rosé blends equal parts young vine pinot noir with mature pinot meunier, first planted on their estate in 1985. Pinot noir was whole bunch for lifted herbal aromatics, while the pinot meunier spent four days macerating on skins to give the wine its brilliant colour. Juicy and mouth filling, with rhubarb, cherry, rose fragrance, red currant tartness, and nutmeg spicing on the finish.
