Tantalus Rosé 2010
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe colour is bright pink the nose a mix of strawberry/raspberry that is a bit muted when cooled to the correct temperature. The attack is dry, the palate is dry with citrus predominating and the finish is probably too dry for the casual sipper. Still this wine is totally on the right track it just needs a bit more ripe fruit or even a pinch of sugar to make it more approachable.
