Tantalus Rosé 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThere a reason why this wine sells out so quickly. The recipe is fresh fruit and electricity with a squeeze of lemon and hard red candies. The magic ingredient is a whiff of the same minerality you get in the hone vineyard riesling. Amazingly this is a single vineyard rosé made from a block of pinot meunier vines planted in 1985 with just a pinch of pinot noir equally as old.
