Burrowing Owl Merlot 2010

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOpen peppery, black cherry, vanilla, smoky, saddle leather nose with bits of black olive, aromas with a minty, prune plum note. Dry, fresh, juicy palate with light, grainy tannins and black cherry, cedar, tobacco and liquorice flavours all with a light herbal, savoury note. Finish is still somewhat tart and oaky. It needs two to three years to fully integrate.Tasted: 15 September 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
