Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPeppery, smoky, savoury, vanilla, coffee, menthol, rooty, meaty, cooked carrot aromas. Dry, round, supple but tight tannins. Tart entry with smoky, chocolate, coffee, black olive, resin, earthy, cedar, and tobacco leaf flavours with some green tea tannins on the finish.
