Quails' Gate Stewart Family Reserve Chardonnay 2012
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaBig struck matchstick nose with nutty, green apple skin. Dry, fresh, elegant palate with nutty lees, waxy, oatmeal, lemon, butter, spicy, baked apple flavours with a creamy, slightly bitter finish. Good intensity and length but still with some sulphur pushing through. This will needs some time and for the moment decanting.
