Fort Berens Chardonnay 2013
Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaOpen fresh nose of citrus, sweaty grapefruit nose with hints of minerality. The palate is similar with slightly bitter wet stone, guava, gooseberry flavours. A bit too sauvignon blanc like for us but a crisp white wine nonetheless. Try this with shellfish. Winery suggestions for food pairings include grilled scallops, grilled chicken kale salad, or a late day sunset.
