Burrowing Owl Chardonnay 2011

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFresh leesy, buttery, green apple, popcorn, light citrus and peach aromas. Round, elegant, slightly oily but dry palate with butterscotch, popcorn, nutty lees, citrus rind and baked green apple skin flavours. A bit bitter on the finish but good texture and balance.
