Burrowing Owl Chardonnay 2007

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaMineral, baked apple skin scents flecked with vanilla, garlic lees, butter and citrus aromas. Fresh, round, off-dry palate with some viscosity. Vanilla, buttery, spicy lees, garlic, baked peach, baked apple, waxy, grapefruit flavours with a butterscotch and orange finish. A touch of austerity but otherwise solid and well made. Try with halibut.Tasted: 09 January 2009Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
