Burrowing Owl Chardonnay 2000

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaSpicy, creamy lees, citrus and mineral aromas with a touch of sweaty oak toast. Dry, round and slightly oily, has good acidity and a slightly more austere styling. Green apple, spicy lees, vanilla and pear flavours with a citrus note in the finish. Elegant and balanced, needs a year more to fully round out the acidity and balance.Tasted: 01 September 2001Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
