Burrowing Owl Chardonnay 2010

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNutty, spicy, smoky, vanilla, pear, mealy, baked apple and butter aromas. Dry, slightly lean but full and almost mature palate. Big nutty, spicy lees, baked apple, buttery flavours with a trace of sulphur. A solid effort that may be just a bit too worked to allow it to really soar out of the glass. Less is always more.Tasted: 18 November 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
