Burrowing Owl Pinot Gris 2025

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFermented and matured for three months in one to two-year-old French oak barrels. More expressive and perfumed in style, this opens with pear and lemon accented by white orchard blossom. Medium-bodied, the palate is fresh and crisp, with nice purity, balance, and medium length. A bright, approachable pinot gris that drinks effortlessly.Tasted: 27 March 2026Tasted by: Geoffrey Moss MW and HJ ChaPrices:
