Burrowing Owl Pinot Gris 2011

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaProduction is expanding for this sought after wine but this year is not a stellar example. There is plenty of honeysuckle and sweet fruit here but there is also a lack of freshness and crispness that would make it a bit more food-friendly. A tiring white wine that finishes sweet and soft. Try it with spicy dishes for best results.Tasted: 27 August 2012Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
