Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis full, creamy pinot gris opens with baked apple, lemon and apricot which carries through to the leesy palate. Wild herbs, meadow flowers, green fig, bitter lemon and musk melon carries to the lightly spiced end.
