Fort Berens Pinot Noir 2024

Lillooet, British Columbia, CanadaFrom their Lillooet estate Dry Creek Vineyard, this pinot was destemmed, crushed, and cold soaked over 2 days prior to innoculation and fermentation, after which it rested 6 months in neutral French barrels. Savoury rhubarb, tart cherry, and forest floor are perfumed with cherry blossoms and gentle baking spice, and wrapped with finely sticky tannins to a warming finish. Acidity is brisk, and welcomes pairing with wild mushroom or simple salmon dishes.Tasted: 11 January 2026Tasted by: Prices:
