It shows sappy dark cherry, black raspberry, beetroot, and well integrated toasted oak. The warmth of the vintage is evident, yet it remains unmistakably pinot, with alluring depth and aromatics. It feels like it falls somewhere between Oregon and Sonoma in style, which makes perfect sense given the context of the vintage.
