Meyer Pinot Noir 2023

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis classic label Meyer Pinot Noir sources fruit from Naramata, Osoyoos, Kaleden, and Okanagan Falls, providing a snapshot of the vintage across the region. The destemmed fruit was partially native fermented, macerated up to 1 month, and then pressed into seasoned French barrels and puncheons for 6 months. Dark and herbal plum, forest moss, mushrooms, and fresh dark earth are woven throughout this toothsome pinot, with some finely sticky tannins, and a dusting of baking spices to season. A darker shaded style, well suited to slicked duck or pork dishes.Tasted: 16 February 2025Tasted by: Prices:
