Meyer Pinot Noir 2008

Okanagan Falls, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaA straight-up pinot from Meyer Family made with Central Okanagan fruit. The nose is a mix of barnyard, tobacco cooked plum, rhubarb and some Band-Aid bretty notes. The palate is round and supple with ripe plum and herbal tobacco, cedar bark, menthol, coffee, vanilla bean flavours. The elements are a bit green, unknit and somewhat dirty in the finish. Needs some work.Tasted: 10 December 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
