Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThis juicy, fruity pinot uses fruit from their estate Lillooet vineyard as well as from the southern Okanagan. All were destemmed, inoculated, and fermented 9 months in mostly neutral French. Very fruit-forward, with candied cherry, strawberry, and peppery spices on a brief, rhubrab-tart palate, framed with sticky / pasty tannins and finishing with a cherry twist.
