Burrowing Owl Pinot Noir 2018

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom BOV in Oliver, this was aged in a mix of French, Russian, Hungarian wood, with 6% new wood. Roasted cedar, black cherry, fleshy cherry, crayon wax, this is lofted with some bright acidity, but still very much ripened by the southern Okanagan sunshine, and weighted down and framed by the toasty oak. 115, 667, and 777 clones.Tasted: 26 August 2020Tasted by: Treve RingPrices: BC 30.00 winery direct, VQA and private wine shops AB 39.00 private wine shops ON 40.95 LCBO Producer: Burrowing Owl VineyardsDistributors: Appellation Wine Marketing
