Tuscany, ItalyVilla Le Calvane sits on the hills of the Montagnana Val di Pesa just outside of Florence. The style is fresh with bright florals and juicy red fruit aromas. On the palate, bright cherry fruit mixes with a savoury spice undercurrent and a light dusting of vanilla and oak. Le Calvane wine production dates to 1427. In 2011 a small group of international entrepreneurs purchased the property and set about to restore some lustre to this Tuscan legend.
