Burrowing Owl Pinot Noir 2023

Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2023 pinot is a blend of grapes from the Black Sage Bench (Burrowing Owl Vineyard), and the Okanagan Falls Sumac Slope Vineyard. This year's vintage is a richer, more textured iteration compared to the earlier BOV versions. The fruit presents soft and lush black cherry and dark plum, complemented by smooth tannins and hints of smoke and spice. It has been aged in one third new French oak for 9 months. Pulled pork or duck confit are classic pairing options.Tasted: 12 May 2025Tasted by: Prices:
