Oliver, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOff their southern Okanagan estates, this fruit was whole cluster pressed and fermented in stainless, where it remained on lees until bottling the following spring. Creamy and softer on the medium+ palate, with ripe pear, white peach, and fine, fuzzy spices on the brief finish.
