Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2019 Reserve Sauvignon Blanc is primarily grown (70 percent) in estate vineyards in Osoyoos, and the remainder comes off a 60-block site in Oliver. The vast majority is fermented in stainless steel ten percent is fermented in neutral, French oak, seven percent goes into new oak barrels while a small amount is fermented in concrete. Multiple pick times continue to deliver vibrancy and freshness, as evidenced by the fresh citrus flavours streaked with pineapple, lime, lemongrass, and sagebrush. Think mussels, fish tacos, a tomato burrata salad, or Margherita pizza would all work. Ready to drink and another excellent example of a variety whose time is coming in BC. Good value.Tasted: 08 April 2020Tasted by: Prices:
