Blue Mountain Pinot Blanc 2018
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom 33 year old vines, this was whole cluster pressed, native fermented in French oak (barrels, puncheons, foudres) and stainless, with partial battonage until the following spring. White blossoms, lemon, white peach, anise, and lime flow along the easy, medium-bodied palate to a tidy bitter lime finish.
