When it hits your palate you get an immediate rush of fresh citrus flavours with mineral, citrus rind and green pear highlights throughout. The round entry dries out in the finish and makes you pucker up a bit but any local seafood product will unleash the full potential of what is a lean, Euro-style pinot blanc.
