Blue Mountain Pinot Blanc 2012
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAt 27 years of age the BM pinot blanc fruit is really hitting its stride. After two super cool years the 2012 shows a bit of warmth and richness. The winery mixes two French clones in almost 50/50 wood and stainless steel. Fresh, mineral, guava citrus peachy fruit with bits of green pear all attract. Seafood of any sort works here although we recommend fresh cracked crab.Tasted: 21 December 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $18.00 | 750ml | winery direct, private wine shops |
