Napa Valley, California, United StatesAt 15.2% alcohol, this has a huge spicy, smoky, peppery, blackberry jam, cassis, vanilla, coffee, tobacco, clove, eucalyptus, cedar and mocha nose. Rich, ripe, full, round and supple with grainy tannins and almost tart acidity. Big, bold, almost sweet palate with cassis jam, vanilla, mocha, peppery, blackberry jam, tobacco, menthol, cedar and rooty flavours. Long, intense, ripe and hot with huge concentration and oak.
