Antinori Tignanello 2004

Tuscany, ItalySmoky, meaty, peppery, black cherry, orange nose with flecks of menthol, cassis, tobacco and sweaty saddle leather aromas. Rich, round, dry, grainy tannin palate with some intensity. Vanilla, mocha, peppery, black cherry, cassis jam, tobacco, saddle leather, resin, minty flavours. Good concentration and balance with a long finish. A solid Tignanello that will require 4-7 years to fully mature.Tasted: 28 December 2007Tasted by: Stuart TobePrices: BC 96.00 specialty listing AB 90.00 fine wine shops ON 90.00 Vintages Essentials QC 95.00 QC 209.00 1500 ON 57.00 375 Vintages Producer: Marchesi AntinoriDistributors: Mark Anthony Wines and Spirits
