Clos du Soleil Rosé 2025

Kaleden, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaThe 2025 CdS Rosé blends marquette, cabernet franc, pinot noir, and malbec from vineyards in Similkameen and Oliver. Each variety was grown specifically for this rosé, individually destemmed and lightly crushed before a cool ferment in stainless, with low oxygen ingress. Fermented separately, all lots were blended early, and aged on lees for 4 months with partial MLF. Pouring a deeper peach hue, this juicy rosé swirls mandarin, fragrant nectarine, pear, and pink grapefruit rind around a cushy palate, finishing with a citrus twist. Friendly and food-primed, ready to crack into this summer.Tasted: 25 May 2026Tasted by: Treve RingPrices:
