Quails' Gate Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir 2022
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaNot a typical QG Reserve with such intense extraction that shows up under the wine. The wine has a certain elegance with black cherry, but the bitter chocolate invades the palate from underneath. I’m of two minds about where this wine is going, although I’m certain there is less fruit this year than in any other. Let’s see what happens three years down the road.
