Quails' Gate Stewart Family Reserve Pinot Noir 2011
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaTypically dry and aromatic with celery salt, spice, barnyard, rhubarb, vanilla, cherry, saddle leather, florals and plum aromas. The attack is fresh, the palate silky and smooth with juicy acidity and vanilla, spicy, smoky, herbal red fruit and earthy/rooty flavours. Good finesse in a cool, herbal, style. Should improve over the next three years in bottle. Serve now with duck or squab.Tasted: 16 April 2013Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:BC | $45.00 | 750ml | winery direct |
