Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaCool rhubarb, cherry, coffee, tobacco leaf, celery salt, savoury, light barnyard aromas. Round, dry, smooth, elegant palate with very light tannins. Cherry, strawberry, sage, dried herb, tobacco, celery, smoky coffee, vanilla, gamey, liquorice flavours. Solid balance and finesse in a cool but slightly oaky style.
