Similkameen Valley, British Columbia, CanadaFrom Keremeos' La Côte Vineyard and Whispered Secret Vineyard, this certified organic rosé blends 91% malbec with 9% sauvignon blanc. After the destemmed grapes were lightly crushed, they were soaked with dry ice for 4 hours, followed by a gentle pressing and cool co-ferment in stainless. It remained there on lees for 4 months. Juicy rhubarb, red currant, and early raspberry lead the medium palate, tart with zippy acidity, and seasoned with a dusting of spice which closes out a mandarin kissed finish.
