Ripe, round, and slippery, this is an easy drinking red with a fresh juicy mid-palate that keeps you coming back to the glass for more. Winemaker Michael Bartier refers to it as a vin de soif, a thirst-quenching wine you can drink solo or with lighter weekday fare at the table. The 55/38/7 blend of pinot noir, cabernet franc, and merlot is packed with bright, floral, plummy, strawberry, raspberry that slides down effortlessly.
