Sperling Vineyards Amber Pinot Gris Organic 2021
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaOne of the better natural orange wines I have tasted. In this case, it is a pinot gris, although almost unrecognizable as one from its cloudy orange colour to its rich textural mix of nectarine skin, pear skin, and apple skin. The fruit comes from a certified organic/biodynamic vineyard in East Kelowna, owned by the Sperling family since 1925, and it’s bottled without any sulphur.
