Mendoza, ArgentinaFrom high altitude vineyards in Valle de Uco and Lujan de Cuyo, this was partially native fermented in stainless before resting in American oak (10% new) for 8 months. It was bottled unfined. Grilled meats, smoked stone start on the nose and carry through the medium bodied palate, infiltrating black plum, dark cherry, and peppery spices.
