Quails' Gate Pinot Noir 2019

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaQuails' Gate's pinot program is really hitting its stride, and it starts with their Estate Series. This 2019 is stylish and elegant, led by bright strawberry, herbs, and underbrush, with well integrated oak spices after aging for nine months in Burgundian barrels. And, sure, the oak may be from Burgundy but this is Okanagan through and through, combining vibrant fruit with an enticing savouriness. It's supple and juicy, with just 13% abv, and a steal at this price.Tasted: 24 May 2021Tasted by: Prices:
