Quails' Gate Pinot Noir 2008

Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaLean carrot top, brine, herbal, tobacco leaf, rhubarb, mineral, resin aromas. Dry, tight, elegant palate with fine freshness. Rhubarb, resin, celery salt, carrot top, tobacco leaf, nettle and soy flavours mark the palate. A lean tight cool version of pinot that is best served with fatty dishes at this point. A touch more fruit and texture would elevate this wine in the glass considerably.Tasted: 02 June 2010Tasted by: Anthony Gismondi and Stuart TobePrices:
