Quails' Gate Merlot 2015
Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaPotent and dense, reflective of the 2015 vintage, with intense sweet blackberry, black cherry, espresso, tobacco and branch, highly extracted and compact. Tannins are gritty and ample, and overwhelming, to the bitter finish. This was fermented in stainless before 18 months in French oak.
