Howling Bluff Sauvignon Blanc 2016
Naramata Bench, Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, CanadaAt thirteen-years-old, the vineyard is delivering more consistent fruit, as is winemaker Luke Smith. There is always a hint of sweetness to this wine, I think because his wife likes it that way, but it’s balanced with a rush of lime rind and grassy gooseberry/grapefruit flavours.
