Apalta Valley, Santa Cruz, Valle del Colchagua, Valle del Rapel, Region del Valle Central, ChileFull and rich, this concentrated Colchagua cabernet sauvignon was produced under the watchful eye of Aurelio Montes and his team. It’s dry farmed and sustainably managed offering a roasted meat, medicinal, inky/black cherry nose with black currant, bay leaf and rubber and eucalyptus notes. The palate is ripe and structured on French oak tannins. Still the attack is supple and mouth-filling with lingering roasted coffee and a wave of wintergreen.
